Blackwater Hunting Service has over 7,500 acres of land, much of which covers the low country swamps...a natural habitat for the hog. With over 80 stands, you can be sure we've done everything possible to maximize your chance to take home a trophy sized hog. We have a maximum of four (4) hunters during any single hunt.

Hog Hunting Rates

$575 per day, 2 day min

​

Our Rules

• 1 Hog per hunt, 2 Hogs per day

• Hog hunts begin with an afternoon hunt, arrive at 1pm

​

Other Fees/Fines

• $150 fine for an additional hog taken on each hunt

• $150 per day for non-hunters

• $50 per hunt for private room (when available)

  • $50 per hunter for extra nights' lodging ($25 for extra meal)​

  • $40 to clean and quarter each hog

​

Hog/Quail Combo Hunting Rates

$650 per day, 2 day min or 2 hunter min

• 17 Quail per morning hunt ($8/extra bird)

  • Cleaning included​

• 1 Hog per afternoon hunt

  • This hunt begins with an afternoon hog hunt
    (arrive at 1pm)​, supper & lodging; followed by
    a morning quail hunt

• $8 per extra bird

• $150 per day for non-hunters

Hunter Requirements

• Valid SC hunting license (available on-line ,no Big Game Permit required)

• Anyone born after 1979 must have a valid Hunters Safety Course ID

• Shooting Preserve Permit for Quail Hunting

• One piece blaze orange clothing for Quail Hunting
